Archbold police released reports on traffic crashes that occurred on Sunday, July 25, Wednesday, July 28, and Thursday, July 29.
Two people received what were described as possible minor injuries in the Thursday crash, which occurred about 3:07 pm. Only one person had to be transported to a hospital.
A sport-utility vehicle driven by Brooke A. Lopez, 40, Defiance, was traveling north on South Defiance Street, and attempted to turn left into Archbold One Stop.
At the same time a second SUV, driven by Tamara Louise Hardman, 60, rural Bryan, with passenger Mark A. Hardman, 55, same address, was traveling south on South Defiance Street.
The police report states they collided.
Lopez suffered suspected minor injuries, but was not transported. M. Hardman suffered suspected minor injuries, and was taken by Archbold Rescue to the Fulton County Health Center.
Lopez was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way while turning left.
Anthony J. Martin, 41, 404 Stryker St., was driving a pickup and was backing a trailer into his driveway when the left front of the truck struck a utility pole. The mishap occurred about 6:15 pm, Wednesday, July 28. He was not injured.
A car driven by Michael J. Zimmerman, 58, Archbold, was traveling north on South Lincoln Street about 12:43 am, Sunday, July 25, when he struck a manhole cover.
The report states the cover had popped off its mounting and was sitting in the street. Zimmerman’s car suffered a flat tire.
