Police Arrest Two Men

Two Archbold men were arrested on misdemeanor warrants by Archbold police last week.

Rickey Leigh Marsh, also known as Rickey Leigh Marsh, Jr., 29, was taken into custody at his 205 Brussel St. residence about 9:44 pm, Monday, April 18.

The officer’s report on the incident states the Fulton County Sheriff Department advised him “that there was a wanted individual residing in the village.”

The officer went to Marsh’s residence, took him into custody, and transported him to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. He was later released on his own recognizance.

The arrest warrant was issued through Fulton County Western District Court for failure to appear for hearings on charges of no valid operator license and speeding. Those cases were originally filed in August 2014.

Tucker Beck, 32, Archbold, was arrested at a home of Steven K. Sheeks, 506 South Street, about 2 pm, Wednesday, April 20.

Beck was taken into custody and transported to CCNO. He was later released on $1,000 bond, 10% allowed.

Defiance Municipal Court issued the warrant for Beck after he failed to appear on charges of driving while license suspended and improper starting or backing.

The original cases were filed in December 2015.
