Pleads Guilty

A Wauseon man entered a guilty plea and was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court Tuesday, Aug. 20:

•Nikia McCall, Jr., 20; pled guilty to trafficking in drugs; on or about Feb. 16, sold or offered to sell the prescription anti-anxiety medication Xanax; sentenced to four days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for four days served, placed on two years community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs, counsel fees, $150 restitution to the Wauseon Police Department, not to consume or possess alcoholic beverages nor possess illegal drugs, not to enter bars/taverns, seek and maintain employment; driver license suspended for six months, occupational driving privileges granted; failure to abide by conditions could result in 11-month prison sentence.
