Lucas Reinhardt, 24, rural Alvordton, was treated and released at the Fulton County Health Center after his mini-pickup truck collided with a semi about 11:16 pm, Thursday, Dec. 9.
The Fulton County Sheriff Department report states Marianne Weis, 34, of rural Webb, Mo., was driving the semi, owned by Enadey Trucking, Salt Lake City, Utah, west on St. Rt. 2.
Weis stopped at the St. Rt. 66 intersection, then attempted to turn left on St. Rt. 66.
Reinhardt was heading north on St. Rt. 66. They collided.
ALS-1, the Archbold-based Fulton County paramedic unit, transported Reinhardt to FCHC.
Weis was cited for disobeying a stop sign.
