The Pettisville boys soccer team is 2-7 after beating Waite but falling to Maumee Valley Country Day and Kalida last week.
The Birds traveled to MVCD, Saturday, Sept. 7, and were blanked 4-0.
PHS hosted Waite, Monday, Sept. 9, and won 6-1. Josh Liechty scored two goals, while Troy King, Conner Tuckerman, Jeff Ramey, and Jakob Waidelich each scored one.
Waite scored on a penalty kick.
The Blackbirds hosted the Wildcats, Friday, Sept. 13. Kalida had the luck as it won 4-1. Tuckerman scored Pettisville’s only goal.
