PHS Girls Third, Boys Sixth At Edgerton Invite

Holgate won the girls race and Lincolnview was the victor of the boys race at the Edgerton Invitational, Saturday, Sept. 27.

Pettisville finished third in the girls race and sixth in the boys race.

“Many of our runners had personal records; however, many did not,” said Tom Wagner, PHS head coach.

“We have a number of kids with head colds, which tends to mess with your breathing a bit running a 5K.

“With the second of three jamborees Tuesday (yesterday), hopefully we can get some extra sleep over the next couple of days and get to feeling better.”
