The Archbold public school building located on Holland Street served village and township children. It was the high school and elementary; and later, exclusively an elementary. A new building was built later facing Stryker Street and was used as a high school and middle school, grades 7-12. It was torn down by Jesse Storrer and recycled into three rental houses on Ditto Street.– photo from the Archbold Buckeye archives
