Police were called to an alleged domestic violence incident on Monday, Feb. 6, but no arrests were made.
Officers were called to a residence in the 700 block of West Barre Road about 4:42 am.
The responding officer said in his police report that a subject stated “that someone was trying to kill her.”
When the officer arrived, “I found a male, who opened the door, and a female on the living room floor.”
The officer said he separated the two subjects until additional officers arrived.
The report states officers were unable to determine the primary aggressor.
Further information was forwarded to the Archbold village solicitor for possible charges.
