Cristal Vincent, of the Youngstown area, has been named the new chief executive officer of the Fairlawn Retirement Community.
The Fairlawn Board of Trustees announced Vincent’s selection in a press release issued Thursday, Feb. 13.
She is a 20-year veteran of the health care industry, and has been a nursing home administrator for seven years.
Vincent is currently the chief executive officer for Heritage Manor Rehabilitation and Retirement Community and Levy Gardens Assisted Living, Youngstown. She holds a degree in Integrated Studies from Kent State University, and a certificate in Long-Term Care from St. Joseph’s College in Maine.
“I feel honored to have been chosen as Fairlawn’s next CEO. I look forward to serving the employees, families, and residents of the Fairlawn community, as well as the general community of northwest Ohio,” she said.
Vincent’s official start date will be announced in early March, Fairlawn officials said.
