Napoleon Man Sentenced

A Napoleon man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Monday, March 14:

•Harold Holt, Jr., 61; one of 19 indicted in connection with 18-month drug investigation by Northwest Ohio Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force (MAN Unit); indicted Aug. 17, 2015, on two counts each, trafficking in drugs, permitting drug abuse; pled guilty to one count, trafficking in drugs in January; on Sept. 19, 2014, he sold the painkiller Hydrocodone/ acetaminophen; sentenced to seven days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for time served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, $490 restitution to MAN Unit, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs, be assessed by Wauseon Wellness Recover & Support Center or Maumee Valley Guidance Center, complete all treatment; driver license suspended for six months, occupational, medical, and probation privileges granted; failure to comply could result in 11 months in prison.
