A juvenile who was reported missing was found by an Archbold police officer in just over half an hour, Sunday, Oct. 22.
The police report states an officer received the report by phone at about 3:11 pm, and then met a guardian of the 12-year-old boy at the corner of Stamm Street and Buckeye Street.
The officer was told the youth had an argument with his family, and was attempting to walk to a relative’s home. The officer was given a description and advised the boy, who has a Michigan address, was not from the area.
The officer located the youth at the intersection of Quail Run and North Defiance Street at 3:47 pm. He was turned over to the custody of his father.
