Thom Ross, Archbold Police assistant chief, said Bryan Police officers are considering juvenile charges against four juveniles, including a 14-year-old Archbold girl, after the youth was reported missing Sunday, Oct. 14.
Ross said a woman flagged him down about 10 am. She said her daughter, a 14-year-old Bryan resident, had been missing since 2:30 am. She said she had been receiving phone calls from another woman, the mother of the Archbold girl.
Ross said he and the two women met; he told the Bryan woman to contact Bryan Police.
The girls were last seen getting into a four-door pickup with another juvenile girl, and a boy.
Ross worked with Bryan Police. Bryan Police officers eventually located the juveniles in that city.
