Kayla Miller, an Archbold resident, has been named the Fulton County 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator, said Ohio State University Fulton County Extension Office officials.
A 2010 Delta High School graduate, she was a 10-year 4-H member and a four-year advisor. She was active in the dog program, 4- H camp, and other teen leadership activities.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in adolescent young adult education from Bowling Green State University in 2014, and received a Master of Science degree in agricultural engineering from The Ohio State University in 2017.
Miller just returned from Washington, D.C., where she completed the Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship.
