Men Indicted For Pettisville Break-In



Jerod R. Yedica, 19, Archbold, the driver of a car that crashed the same day as a break-in at Sunday’s Market in Pettisville, has been indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury.

Yedica was the driver of a car that crashed at 7:28 pm, Thursday, Nov. 19, on Co. Rd. 22, at the curves north of Co. Rd. L. There were four passengers in the car; all were flown to area hospitals by helicopter ambulances.

Later, Darrell Merillat, Fulton County sheriff, said some of the passengers in the auto were “persons of interest” in connection with a breaking and entering at Sunday’s Market.

Dec. 21 Meeting

The Fulton County grand jury met Monday, Dec. 21, and handed down indictments against 21 persons.

Scott Haselman, county prosecuting attorney, said in announcing the indictments that Yedica had been indicted on one count of breaking and entering.

“On or about Nov. 19, he allegedly broke into a Pettisville business,” Haselman said.

Donald L. Kendall III, 24, Archbold, was also indicted on a single count of breaking and entering, for allegedly breaking into the Pettisville business on the same date. He was a passenger in the Yedica car when it crashed.

A third man, Bobby A. Rodriguez, 18, Archbold, was indicted on one count of breaking and entering, for allegedly breaking in to the Pettisville business on Nov. 19. He was not involved in the crash.

Sexual Conduct

The grand jury indicted Colton W. Hulshof, 19, Archbold on three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Allegedly, on or about Nov. 21, he knowingly attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 16.

Others indicted:

•Jessica L. Cooper, 32, Toledo; indicted on one count, promoting prostitution, and seven counts, compelling prostitution; on or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, allegedly knowingly allowed a minor to engage in sexual activity for hire.

•Christina Madrigal, 34, Toledo; indicted on two counts, compelling prostitution, one count, promoting prostitution; on or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, allegedly knowingly transported another across state or county lines to facilitate a person’s engaging in sexual activity for hire.

•Ronald Greer, Jr., 31, Toledo, indicted on one count, promoting prostitution; on or about Oct. 19, allegedly knowingly transported another across state or county lines to facilitate a person’s engaging in sexual activity for hire.

•Mezia Sinforiano, 61, Delta, indicted on one count of compelling prostitution, and one count, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; on or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, allegedly knowingly attempted to pay a minor to engage in sexual activity.



Wilmar V. Bravo, 20, Delta; Ismaiel D. Pachico, 35, Delta; each indicted on one count, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; on or about the month of August 2009 to Oct. 19, allegedly knowingly attempted to engage is sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 16.

•Pablo Trigueros, 60, Delta; indicted on one count, attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; on or about Oct. 19, allegedly knowingly attempted to engage in sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 16.

•Steven E. Ostrander, 37, Adrian, Mich.; Jennifer L. Reichard, 33, Clayton, Mich.; Jondale R. Winters, 34, Clayton, Mich.; each indicted on one count, theft, and one count, pos- session of criminal tools; on or about Nov. 29, the three allegedly stole items from a Wauseon store valued at between $500 and $5,000.

•Joshua W. Tressler, 20, Swanton; Robert K. Wurns, Jr., 19, Delta; each indicted on one count burglary and one count theft; allegedly, on or about Dec. 2, the trio allegedly stole a television from a Swanton home.

•Brandon E. Thatcher, 19, Delta; indicted on three counts, theft, two counts of receiving stolen property, one count forgery; on or about Oct. 14 to Oct. 28, allegedly stole two credit cards and a car stereo.

•Karlene D. Mazzoli, 21, Swanton; indicted on one count theft; on or about Sept. 14 to Nov. 26, allegedly stole jewelry and miscellaneous items from a Swanton home.

•John P. Monaghan, 21, Lyons; indicted on one count, burglary; on or about Dec. 6, allegedly broke into a Lyons home.

•Ronald D. Dewey, 59, Delta; indicted on one count, forgery; on or about March 9, allegedly forged a writing.

•Donald S. Daniels, 45, Swanton; indicted on two counts, nonsupport of dependents; between Sept. 1, 2008 and Nov. 30, allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $3,574.39.
