Racing in the stock light class, Mann was second in the first heat race, then won the second heat.

Mann was about a half a lap back, but caught up to Hornish, who was leading. They raced side-by-side for about a lap and a half before he got around her for the win.
It was his first time racing in the stock light class.
John Huffman, veteran Archbold kart racer, swept the stock 400 class. He has locked up the season points chase for the track championship in the class.
He also has a track championship in the pro oval class at the Fremont kart track locked up.
