Man Treated, Released After Motorcycle Crash




A Berea man was treated and released at the Fulton County Health Center after his motorcycle crashed at 3 am, Wednesday, March 23, a Fulton County sheriff report said.

Michael P. Connolly, 52, Berea, was traveling south on St. Rt. 66 and failed to negotiate a curve about two-tenths of a mile north of US20A.

The cycle laid over on one side, slid across the centerline, then came to rest off the left, or east, side of the road.

Fayette Rescue transported Connolly to FCHC. He did not receive a citation.

In another mishap, Kim L. Husted, 58, West Unity, was driving a car west on US20A about 8:54 pm, Saturday, March 26, when she struck a deer about a half-mile east of Co. Rd. 20. She was not injured.
