Man Treated Released After Aug. 16 Accident

Blake Parker, 18, rural Delta, was treated and released at the Fulton County Health Center after the truck in which he was riding crashed on Co. Rd. 22 about 9:58 am, Saturday, Aug. 16, a Fulton County Sheriff Department report states.

Michael Morrissey, 19, Delta, was driving the truck south on Co. Rd. 22, when, he lost control of the vehicle, which was pulling a trailer.

The vehicle came to rest at 3628 Co. Rd. 22, just south of the railroad overpass on Clyde’s Way.

The truck went off the right side of the road, crossed the centerline, then went off the left side of the road and overturned, coming to rest on its side.

Morrissey and another passenger, Connor John Keller, 19, rural Delta, were not injured.

Archbold Rescue responded to the crash. Morrissey was cited for failure to control.

Peggy A. Miller, 60, rural Stryker, was uninjured after her auto collided with a deer on Co. Rd. G about 6:29 am, Tuesday, Aug. 19, an FCSD report states.

Miller was driving eastbound and struck the animal about four-tenths of a mile west of Co. Rd. 24.
