Man Sentenced

A man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday, Dec. 16, said Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney.

•Keith D. Cook, II, 19, Delta; previously entered guilty plea to possession of cocaine; during a Feb. 16 search of his home, cocaine was found in his bedroom; sentenced to two years community control; ordered to pay cost of his prosecution, attorney fees, $50 per month supervision fee; must abide by 10 pm-6 am curfew, obtain a general education diploma, stay out of bars and taverns, possess no alcohol, complete treatment at SEARCH program; driver license suspended for six months; failure to abide by conditions could result in 11-month prison sentence.
