Man Sentenced



A Swanton man was sentenced Friday, June 17, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, said Scott Haselman, county prosecuting attorney:

•James Frontz, 34; indicted Feb. 8 on one count each, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, attempted trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present; entered a guilty plea in April to a single count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present; on Jan. 17, he attempted to enter a home; sentenced to 14 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for one day served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, $250 fine, have no contact with the victims, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, abide by an 11 pm to 6 am curfew, complete Changing Offender Treatment program through Western District Court, obtain a general education diploma (GED). Failure to comply could result in an eight-month prison sentence.
