A man was given a jail sentence recently in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Sentenced:
Thomas Wylie, 51, rural Swanton; convicted on one count, misconduct at an emergency; he interfered with emergency personnel who were called to a fire on Co. Rd. B, rural Swanton, on July 2, 2010; sentenced to 60 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, all but four days suspended, credit for two days served; placed on probation for one year; ordered to pay prosecution costs, attorney fees, and a $250 fine.
