Man Pleads No Contest March 16




Jason Hintz, 23, Waterville, has been sentenced to prison after pleading no contest to charges of trafficking in heroin and reckless homocide in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, March 16.

Hintz was sentenced to three years in prison on each count, with the sentences to be served consecutively, for a total of six years. He will also be subject to three years of post-release control.

He was ordered to pay restitution, prosecution costs, the costs of his court-appointed attorney, and any fees. He received a three-year driver license suspension.
