Man Indicted On Murder Charge

Jose Daniel Aguilera-Cespedes, 25, Wauseon, was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, Sept. 18, on charges of murder, felonious assault, domestic violence, and possession of criminal tools.

Cespedes is suspected of stabbing his father, Edwin Aguilera, 64, Wauseon, to death, Saturday, Aug. 12, on the front porch of Aguilera’s home. He also accused of injuring his mother, Candeleria Cespedes De Aguilera.

Cespedes was later located in Maryland, where he is currently being held on assault and other charges stemming from a brief vehicle pursuit.
