Joseph D. Hart, 20, rural Stryker, was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, in connection with breaking into an Archbold concessions stand in 2011
Hart was originally indicted Sept. 19, 2011, on two counts of breaking and entering. He entered a guilty plea to one of the two charges on Sept. 18, 2012.
Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said in a press release Hart broke into the concession stand at Spengler Field on Aug. 24, 2011.
He was sentenced Monday, Dec. 3, to 10 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, and placed on one year of community control. He was ordered to complete treatment, pay $150 in restitution, and write a letter of apology to the Archbold Parks & Recreation Department.
He was ordered to abide by an 11 pm to 6 am curfew.
Failure to comply could result in an eight-month prison sentence.
Another man was also sentenced.
•Donald L. Heising, Jr., 25, Wauseon; previously pled guilty to receiving stolen property; on July 16, had items made of brass, copper, bronze, plus other items taken from a Wauseon company in his possession; sentenced to 10 months in prison.
