Raymount J. Moore, 22, Colony Meadows, is charged with a count of felony domestic violence as the result of an incident that occurred Monday, March 19.
The incident came to the attention of police about 6:07 pm that day, when an officer patrolling in the trailer court was flagged down and was told Moore and Margarita E. Rodriguez, 22, were fighting.
Moore and Rodriguez have the same address.
In his report, the officer investigating the case said when he arrived at the trailer residence, he could hear loud noises coming from inside.
He interviewed Moore, who, the report said, told the officer the couple were arguing, and nothing physical had occurred. Marks, Bruising
When the officer interviewed Rodriguez, he observed marks on her neck and bruising to one eye. She told the officer she and Moore were arguing and he choked her.
Moore was placed under arrest. As of Sunday night, he was still being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio on a $25,000 bond.
A preliminary hearing for Moore was scheduled for Tuesday, March 27. Assault
Rodriguez told police on Wednesday, March 21, she and another woman, identifi ed as Kaitlin Allen, were assaulted by two persons in a parking lot at East Gardens.
Rodriguez told officers the assault took place between 7 and 7:15 pm that day.
At the time of the incident, Rodriguez had a new Archbold address.
The reported assault remains under investigation.
