Three Archbold area racers racked up four feature wins out of five tries last weekend.
Graeme Short, 10, swept the 250 cc restricted mini-sprint class on the dirt oval at Jackson, Mich., Saturday night, May 10.
It was the second straight week he was the fastest qualifier, won his heat race, and won the class feature.
Tyler Hershberger, almost 13, Pettisville, did a double that night.
He moved up into the 250 cc unrestricted mini-sprint class. He was the third fastest qualifier, then won the heat race and the feature event.
Hershberger also stepped into a new senior econo-class kart that night, qualified third fastest, then went out and won both his heat race and the feature.
Kyle DeKnight, 12, Pettisville, ran two classes at the dirt oval track near Edon.
In the box-stock class, he started and finished in third in his first heat. In the second heat race, he started fourth, and crossed the finish line second.
For the feature event, he started on the outside pole position and won.
Then in the junior gold restrictor plate class, he started and finished third in the first heat, then started fourth and finished second in the second heat.
