Charles Irvin, 39, Archbold, was arrested by Archbold police about 8:32 pm, Saturday, Sept. 16, at his residence at 941 West Barre Road.
The police report states Irvin called an officer after another officer tried to locate him earlier. Irvin asked what the visit was about.
The officer who took Irvin’s call checked and found he was wanted on a warrant from Eastern District Court.
He went to the residence, placed Irvin under arrest, and transported him to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
Records available over the Internet from Fulton County Eastern District Court indicate Irvin was wanted for a probation violation on a receiving stolen property charge originally filed in June 2016.
Court records indicate Irvin appeared in Eastern District Court and was sentenced to CCNO until he completes the New Beginnings program.
