Local Man Among Those Indicted



Jared C. Dominique, 18, Archbold, has been indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury.

The grand jury met Monday, Sept. 15, and handed down a two-count indictment charging him with two counts of trafficking in LSD.

A press release from Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, states Dominique allegedly sold or offered to sell the drug on or about March 4 and April 7 within the vicinity of a school.

Dominique appeared in common pleas court and was released on his own recognizance.

Dominique was one of 24 people indicted.

Others:

•Christopher J. McMahon, 38, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, burglary, domestic violence; on or about Aug. 19, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure with purpose to commit a criminal offense; on or about Feb. 27 to July 7, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member; McMahon has a previous domestic violence conviction.

•Andrew S. Koder, 23, Whitehouse; indicted on one count, trafficking in marijuana; on or about July 26, allegedly sold or offered to sell marijuana.

•Chelsea R. Harper, 19, Liberty Center; indicted on one count each, trafficking in marijuana, permitting drug abuse; on or about July 26, 2013, allegedly sold or offered to sell marijuana and allegedly permitted her vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

•Anthony E. Chapman, 23, Swanton; indicted on two counts, trafficking in marijuana; on or about Aug. 23 to Oct. 18, 2013, alleged sold or offered to sell marijuana in the vicinity of a juvenile or a school.

•Jasmine M. Hanf, 18, Delta; indicted on one count, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on or about Dec. 6, 2103, she allegedly sold or offered to sell drugs in the vicinity of a school.

•Jason D. Tressler, 22, Delta; indicted on one count, theft, two counts, vandalism, three counts, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and three counts, criminal damaging; on or about July 11, allegedly caused physical harm to property of another, allegedly operated a vehicle without consent of the owner, and allegedly stole property of another.

•Cody T. Culler, 21, Swanton; indicted on one count, theft, two counts, vandalism, three counts, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and three counts, criminal damaging; on or about July 11, allegedly caused physical harm to property of another, allegedly operated a vehicle without consent of the owner, and allegedly stole property of another.

•Jessica A. Sharp, 24, Delta; indicted on one count, selling dangerous drugs at retail; on or about July 31, 2013, allegedly sold a dangerous drug at retail.

•Lemuel S. McCullough, 48, Delta; indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about Aug. 27, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member; McCullough has a previous domestic violence conviction.

•Milton J. Spathelf, 53, Delta; indicted on three counts, assault, one count each, aggravated menacing, cruelty to animals; on or about Aug. 29, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to three individuals, two of whom were peace officers while in performance of their official duties.

•Jon B. Swabb, 47, Ionia, Mich.; indicted on one count, assault; on or about Aug. 31, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a peace officer while in the performance of his official duties.

•Justin L. Buehrer, 23, Delta; indicted on one count each, tampering with records, attempted having weapons while under disability; on or about July 25, allegedly tampered with records belonging to a governmental entity and allegedly attempted to acquire a firearm, having been convicted of a felony drug offense.

•Ian C. Ruffer, 34, Wauseon; indicted on one count, possession of heroin; on or about March 22, allegedly possessed heroin.

•Steven A. Smith, 33, Kunkle; indicted on count, possession of heroin; on or about Sept. 1, allegedly possessed heroin.

•Juan A. Montez, Jr., 19, Ney; indicted on one count each, forgery, theft, tampering with evidence; on or about Sept. 2, allegedly, with purpose to defraud, possessed counterfeit currency, tampered with evidence, and stole cash.

•Jason L. Duckworth II, 18, Defi- ance; indicted on one count, forgery; on or about Sept. 2, allegedly with purpose to defraud, possessed counterfeit currency.

•Dennard A. Garmon, 28, Toledo; indicted on two counts, trafficking in heroin; on or about Aug. 11 and Aug. 15, allegedly sold or offered to sell heroin.

•Calvin Brookins, 23, Dolton, Ill.; indicted on 25 counts, forgery; on or about March 1, 2013, allegedly possessed a credit card, knowing it to have been forged. ‘ •Dominique T. Bell, 23, Joliet, Ill., indicted on one count, forgery; on or about March 1, 2013, allegedly possessed a credit card, knowing it to have been forged.

•Craig C. Drummond, also known as Craig Hights-Drummond, 23, Chicago, Ill.; indicted on two counts, forgery; on or about March 1, 2013, allegedly possessed a credit card, knowing it to have been forged.

•Kyra Alexander, 21, Hazel Crest, Ill.; indicted on five counts, forgery; on or about March 1, 2013, allegedly possessed a credit card, knowing it to have been forged.

•Dean A. Harkins, 18, Swanton; indicted on one count, receiving stolen property; on or about July 26, allegedly received a motor vehicle knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen.

•Michael A. Miller, 18, Metamora; indicted on one count, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; on or about Aug. 21, allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a person 13 years of age or older, but under the age of 16.
