Local Man Among Those Indicted



Dalton C. Simon, 33, Archbold, was one of 21 people indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury during its Monday, May 15 meeting.

In a press release, Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said Simon was indicted on a single count of failure to provide notice of a change in address.

“On or about Nov. 23, 2016, to Feb. 16, 2017, he allegedly failed to provide written notice of his residence address change to the county sheriff within the required time period,” Haselman said.

Others indicted:

•Brandon K. Whalen, 19, Swanton; indicted on three counts of theft, six counts of forgery, one count of criminal damaging or endangering; on or about Feb. 28-April 17, allegedly stole two blank checks and forged them; allegedly caused substantial risk of physical harm to the property of another.

•Miles S. Moll, 25, Cary, Ill.; indicted on one count each, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, assault; on or about April 17, allegedly caused physical harm to a police officer while the officer was in the performance of his official duties, allegedly failed to stop vehicle after receiving visible or audible signal from police officer, allegedly causing a substantial risk of serious harm to persons and property.

•Carlos Garcia-Ibarra, 35, Somers Point, N.J.; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about March 26, allegedly possessed Cocaine Hydrochloride.

•Matthew D. Wolfrum, 41, Delta; indicted on one count each, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; allegedly operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

•Clawzelle A. Wiggins, 28, Toledo; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Oct. 28, 2016, allegedly possessed cocaine.

•David A. Causer, 60, Swanton; indicted on one count, illegal cultivation of marijuana; on or about Aug. 26, 2016, allegedly cultivated or engaged in the production of marijuana.

•David W. Eash, 49, Wauseon; indicted on four counts, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, one count, failure to stop after an accident; on or about May 6, allegedly failed to immediately stop his vehicle at the scene of an accident or collision and provide his name and address.

•Veleria A. Robbins, 41, Toledo; indicted on one count, theft of drugs; on or about May 2, stole prescription painkiller Oxycodone from a Swanton resident.

•Stanley R. Goings, Jr., 39, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, tampering with records, grand theft; on or about July 7, 2013, to June 27, 2016, allegedly falsified government records and allegedly stole property by deception.

•Jesselin M. Schmidt, 26, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, tampering with records, grand theft; on or about Dec. 5, 2014, to Aug. 25, 2016, allegedly falsified government records and allegedly stole property by deception.

•Scott J. Double, 46, Fayette; indicted on one count each, tampering with records, grand theft; on or about Jan. 16, 2014, to July 12, 2016, allegedly falsified government records and allegedly stole property by deception.

•Todd W. Conner, 53, Swanton; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Dec. 28, 2016, allegedly possessed methamphetamine.

•Brian F. Grimes, 34, Toledo; indicted on one count each, burglary, grand theft, theft; on or about April 10, allegedly trespassed in an occupied residence and stole a firearm, cash, jewelry, and miscellaneous items.

•James A. Doan, III, 27, Fayette; indicted on one count, abusing harmful intoxicants; on or about May 8, allegedly possessed or used a harmful intoxicant.

•Leonardo J. Alvarado, 28, Delta; indicted on one count, burglary; on or about March 25, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure with purpose to commit a criminal offense.

•Nichole R. Alvarado, formerly known as Nichole R. Bikas, 35, Delta; indicted on one count each, complic- ity to commit burglary, theft, passing bad checks; on or about March 27-April 13, allegedly aided another in committing a burglary, allegedly passed bad checks for a total of $1,000 or more but less than $7,500, knowing they would be dishonored; allegedly stole cash by deception.

•Aaron L. Zimmerman, 25, Swanton; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about April 14, allegedly possessed cocaine.

•Ekai E. Stone, 26, Gladston, Ore.; indicted on one count each, possession of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana; on or about May 11, allegedly possessed more than 5000 grams (11 pounds) but less than 20,000 grams (44.1 pounds) of marijuana, allegedly prepared or transported marijuana for distribution.

•Andrew B. Parsons, 28, Milwaukie, Ore.; indicted on one count each, possession of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana, permitting drug abuse; on or about May 11, allegedly possessed more than 5000 grams (11 pounds) but less than 20,000 grams (44.1 pounds) of marijuana, allegedly prepared or transported it for distribution; allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug offense.

•Noah R. Hupp, 22, Milwaukie, Ore.; indicted on one count each, possession of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana; on or about May 11, allegedly possessed more than 5000 grams (11 pounds) but less than 20,000 grams (44.1 pounds) of marijuana, allegedly prepared or transported marijuana for distribution.
