Little League Team 1 traveled to Stryker, Friday, May 30 and picked up a 7-1 victory.

Three Streak pitchers combined to throw a one-hitter. Kenny Price started on the mound and gave up one run on one hit while striking out three. Michael Hesterman pitched the middle two innings and didn’t allow a run or hit, struck out three, and walked three. Tyson Schnitkey pitched the final two innings, striking out five of six batters.

Leading the 10-hit attack was Evan Wyse with two home runs and four runs batted in. Hesterman had three singles and Jacob Wagner, two. Price and Aron Schmucker each had a single while Coltin Kinsey added a triple.

Anthony Wayne came to town, Monday, June 2. The Streaks used a nine-run second inning to carry them to a 13-3 five-inning win.

Schnitkey picked up the win, pitching three innings and giving up two hits, no runs and striking out eight while allowing one walk. E. Wyse pitched the final two innings giving up a run on one hit while striking out three and walking two.

The Streaks pounded out 10 hits, led by Schnitkey with a single and double. Wagner had two singles with two RBIs. E. Wyse, Troy Flores, Price, Hesterman, and Schmucker had singles; Emmerson Radabaugh added a double.

The Streaks hosted Swanton, Wednesday, June 4 and shut out the Bulldogs 7-0 to raise their record to 5-2. E. Wyse picked up the win, pitching three innings and giving up no runs on one hit while striking out five and walking none.

Schnitkey pitched the final three innings, allowing no runs or hits and striking out seven with one walk.

Levi Wyse, E. Wyse, Schnitkey, Radabaugh, Flores, Price, and Derek Walker had hits. Walker knocked in two runs; Radabaugh, Flores, L. Wyse and Price each had one RBI.
