Linda L. Taylor, 69, of Archbold and former longtime resident of Bryan, passed away Jan. 31, 2018, at Defiance Hospice.
She was born Nov. 23, 1948, to the late Donald & Marjorie Taylor.
This past Thanksgiv- ing Day, 2017, was her 69th birthday.
Linda graduated from Archbold High School, Class of 1967. She was a homemaker, enjoying raising her two sons Jeremiah and Shane Brace of Bryan.
She enjoyed cooking and baking chocolate chip cookies, brownies and Buckeyes for Christmas. Linda had many hobbies, feeding the birds and baby bunnies around her home.
Linda was an avid counted cross stitcher, making pictures and Christmas decorations. She loved also to do embroidery pillowcases and doilies.
To keep her mind sharp, she did crossword puzzles, read magazines, and watched the cooking channels to try new recipes. Her greatest love was being a photographer.
Linda also loved her Pepsi and chocolate kisses.
Linda is survived by her two sons, Jeremiah and Shane Brace of Bryan; brother, Gary Taylor of Archbold; sisters, Sharon Richer Short of Pettisville, Carolyn Martin of Archbold, and Diane Bybee of Ridgeville Corners; one uncle, Harold Kling Jr. of Tedrow; one aunt, Ardith Brandeberry of Toledo; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Marjorie Taylor of Wauseon; grandparents, Harold and Elsie Kling of Tedrow and Clyde Jesse & Grace (Swigart) Taylor of Lyons, then Toledo. Also brother Rodney Taylor, who just passed away July 22, 2017.
Arrangements are entrusted to Short Funeral Home. No visitation will be held.
