When police investigated a case of juvenile mischief they discovered the female juvenile perpetrator was already being punished for her actions.
Jessica D. Elswick, 28, East Gardens, told police on Sunday, Dec. 17, that the suspect had been knocking on her apartment window.
On another occasion, Elswick said she believed the suspect had poured a soft drink over the side of her auto.
She told officers she would like the incidents documented in case there were further problems.
An officer spoke to the mother of the suspect, who advised she had already grounded her daughter for her actions.
Police marked the case closed.
