Junior Fair Winners





It was a hot time at the Fulton County Fair over the weekend, as temperatures reached 103 degrees. 1. Rayne Parsons, 2, has fun on the Sky Fighter ride. She is the daughter of Ryan and Lindsay, Wauseon, and granddaughter of Carla Rice, Pettisville. 2. Dave Eicher, Pettisville, and granddaughter Kaline Meyer, 19 months, look at a pygmy goat. Kaline is the daughter of Derek and Katie (Eicher) Meyer, rural Wauseon. 3. JoAnn Short takes a bite of the barbeque rib dinner her husband Scott bought. They are from Archbold. 4. Deb Buehrer, Archbold, carries grandson Reece Buehrer, 3. 5. Sophie Sterken, 9, Pettisville, holds her Holland Lop Buck rabbit, “Nutmeg.”– photos by Mary Huber

Eli Grieser, son of Tim & Carrie, Wauseon, showed the gilt grand champion lightweight hog and barrow grand champion lightweight hog at the 2015 Fulton County Junior Fair.

Tony Banister, son of Chad & Kris, Wauseon, showed the grand champion hog, while Addison Moyer, daughter of Andrew & Jacqueline, Archbold, showed the reserve champion hog.

Lauren Stuckey, daughter of Shawn Stuckey and Traci Thompson, Archbold, showed the gilt champion heavyweight hog.

Banister also showed the barrow grand champion middleweight hog.

Moyer also showed the barrow reserve champion middleweight hog and was the hogs showmanship 10- year-old winner.
