Archbold police have released reports on two parking lot mishaps that occurred during July.
The first happened at 5:05 pm, Thursday, July 24. A school bus, owned by DMS Pork, LLC, rural Napoleon, was parked at the top of a hill at Laub Auto Parts, facing north.
The parking brake was on and the engine was off, with the transmission left in reverse.
The bus rolled backward down the hill, and collided with a parked van owned by Laub Auto Parts. No injuries.
The second accident occurred at 7:36 pm, Monday, July 28. A minivan, parked in the Archbold SuperValu parking lot, was struck by a car driven by Brandon Edward
Bryan, 17, rural Archbold. The owner of the minivan was Lisa K. Blosser, Lima.
Bryan fled the scene, and was later cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
