Archbold 8th Grade

Volleyball

Archbold defeated Delta 25-13, 25- 8, Tuesday Oct. 3; lost to Bryan 25- 12, 25-22, Thursday, Oct. 5; defeated Stryker 25-19, 25-11, Monday, Oct. 9; and defeated Defiance 26-24, 25-11, Tuesday, Oct. 10.

The NWOAL junior high tournament began on Saturday, Oct. 14, at Bryan. Archbold defeated Patrick Henry 25-14, 25-11, in round 1, and defeated Wauseon 27-25, 25-9, in round 2.

The championship match against Bryan was yesterday, Tuesday.

“As always, it’s been a fun season watching the girls develop their volleyball skills,” said Dina Gladieux, coach.

Pettisville 7th Grade

Volleyball

Pettisville def. North Central 25- 19, 25-22, Thursday, Oct. 12.

BBC Tournament, Saturday, Oct. 14: Pettisville def. North Central 22-25, 25-23, 26-24; Pettisville (14-3) def. Hilltop 23-25, 25-16, 25-23, to win championship.

Pettisville 8th Grade

Volleyball

North Central def. Pettisville (7-9, 5-7 BBC) 25-17, 25-14, Thursday, Oct. 12.

Girls

Pettisville won with 49 points.

Boys

Fayette won with 33 points. Pettisville was sixth with 126.
