Investigate Possible Identity Theft

Martin Schmidt, Archbold Police chief, said officers are examining a possible case of identity theft involving Penny M. Johnson, of the Lutz Villas.

Schmidt said Johnson reported receiving calls from a collection agency, alleging that she has an outstanding telephone service bill. Johnson told offi- cers she does not owe the company the money.
