Indictments




The Fulton County Grand Jury handed down indictments Monday, Aug. 20, charging men and women with crimes including theft, failure to appear on personal recognizance bond, and nonsupport of dependents.

Among those indicted:

•Danielle A. Millard, 34, Wauseon, indicted on one count theft; allegedly on Aug. 3, she stole a license plate.

•Robert A. King, 47, Oregon, indicted on one count failure to appear on personal recognizance bond; allegedly on July 27, he failed to appear in Fulton County Common Pleas Court for a pretrial hearing, as required by the terms of his personal recognizance bond.

•Steven King, 40, Adrian, Mich., indicted on six counts nonsupport of dependents; allegedly between Jan. 1, 2002 and July 31, 2007, failed to pay courtordered child support, accumulating an arrearage of more than $10,000.

•Erik Jones, 28, Columbus, indicted on four counts nonsupport of dependents; allegedly between May 8, 2005 and Aug. 18, 2007, failed to pay court-ordered child support, accumulating an arrearage of more than $9,300.
