Samuel Jaramillo, 52, Fayette, has been indicted on charges including child obscenity and drug abuse by the Fulton County Grand Jury on Monday, Aug. 19.
The indictment handed down against Jaramillo included:
•Three counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance.
•Three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
•One count of trafficking in marijuana.
•One count attempted corrupting another with drugs.
In a press release, Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said on or about August 2012 to May 15, 2013, Jaramillo “allegedly possessed or viewed material showing a minor in a state of nudity, allegedly possessed obscene material involving a minor, and allegedly attempted to furnish marijuana to a juvenile.”
A total of 12 people were indicted by the grand jury during the Aug. 19 meeting. Charges against Justin J. Roth, 30, Archbold, and Candis J. Sherman, 57, Delta, were profiled in last week’s issue of this newspaper.
•Samuel Martinez, 64, Tecumseh, Mich.; indicted on one count grand theft; on or about July 12, allegedly stole a firearm from a Wauseon home.
•Chad W. Estep, 39, Wauseon; indicted on one count, assault; on or about Aug. 3, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a person performing emergency medical service.
•Christopher G. Blake, 26, Wauseon; indicted on one count, possession of heroin; on or about May 17, allegedly possessed heroin.
•Lucas Buck, 18, Swanton; indicted on one count each, trafficking in a controlled substance analog, corrupting another with drugs; a controlled substance analog is a material that is similar to a controlled substance used for human consumption; on or about July 4, allegedly sold or offered to sell the materials K2 in the vicinity of a juvenile, and allegedly caused a juvenile to use K2.
•Aaron M. Prentice, 28, Oregon, indicted on one count, assault, two counts, felonious assault; allegedly on or about Aug. 10, attempted to cause or caused physical harm to two individual males.
•Curtis J. Stanley, 21, Delta; indicted on one count, burglary; on or about Jan. 12, 2012, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure with purpose to commit a criminal offense.
•Jacob J. Baker, 23, Delta; indicted on one count, burglary; on or about Jan. 12, 2012, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure with purpose to commit a criminal offense.
•Larry A. Lavender, 43, Allardt, Tenn.; indicted on seven counts, theft of drugs; on or about Aug. 22 to Aug. 27, 2012, allegedly stole Fentanyl and/or Versed, both prescription medications that are dangerous drugs when abused.
•Angela S. Buckbee, 40, Wauseon, indicted on six counts, tampering with records, one count, grand theft; on or about Sept. 20, 2010 to June 30, 2013, she allegedly tampered with records belonging to a local, state, or federal governmental entity, and allegedly stole food assistance and medical benefits valued at more than $7,500 but less than $150,000.
