Indict Pettisville Resident

Nathan L. Whitehead, 31, Pettisville, was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, Nov. 16, Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said in a press release.

Whitehead was indicted on one count of violating a protection order.

In the release, Haselman said on or about Nov. 1, Whitehead allegedly violated the terms of a protection order issued against him after previously being convicted of that offense.

Indictments against five others were handed down during the session:

•Rodney P. Williams, 45, Camden, N.J.; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Sept. 14, allegedly possessed cocaine.

•Tyler E. Smith, 44, Wauseon; indicted on one count, failure to provide notice of a change of address; on or about Sept. 29-Oct. 20, having been a convicted sex offender, he allegedly failed to provide a written notice of change of address to the Fulton County Sheriff as required by law.

•David A. Dominique, 50, Wauseon, indicted on one count, tampering with evidence; on or about Oct. 29, allegedly tampered with evidence in an official proceeding or investigation.

•Richard L. Tyson, 43, Wauseon; indicted on one count, failure to provide notice of a change of address; on or about March 17, having been a convicted sex offender, he allegedly failed to provide a written notice of change of address to the Fulton County Sheriff as required by law.

•Lavon E. Herschberger, 46, Wauseon; indicted on one count, aggravated theft; on or about May 12, 2010 to Oct. 23, 2020, allegedly stole property valued at more than $150,000 but less than $750,000.
