Grand Jury Returns Nine Indictments



The Fulton County Grand Jury handed down indictments against eight men and one woman Monday, June 23.

The indictment against, Fred L. Allen, 61, Wauseon, is detailed elsewhere in this newspaper.

•Sean D. Munger, 29, Englewood, Colo.; indicted on two counts, nonsupport of dependents; on or about April 21, 2013, to May 30, 2014, allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $2,881.58.

•Scott T. Bruck, 42, Delta; indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about June 14, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.

•Michael J. Jackson, 55, Holland, indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about June 13, he allegedly possessed cocaine.

•Ryan J. Siler, 34, Toledo; indicted on one count each, grand theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property; on or about April 18 to May 24, allegedly stole a motor vehicle, and received a motor vehicle that he allegedly knew or had reasonable cause to believe was stolen.

•Andrew M. Weber, 28, Wauseon, indicted on one count theft, two counts forgery; on or about April 10-21, allegedly stole more than $1,000 but less than $7,500 from a Wauseon business; also allegedly forged writings.

•Mary J. Green, 43, Delta; indicted on one count each, grand theft, tampering with records; on or about Aug. 22, 2011, to Jan. 28, 2013, allegedly stole unemployment benefits valued at more than $7,500, but less than $150,000; also allegedly tampered with records belonging to a government agency.

•J. Cirilo Reyes II, 21, Wauseon; indicted on one count, illegal manufacture of drugs; three counts, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs; two counts, complicity to commit theft; one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Dec. 1, 2013, to Jan. 15, 2014, allegedly manufactured or engaged in the production of methamphetamine, and allegedly possessed chemicals that may be used to manufacture methamphetamine; also allegedly aided another in stealing cellphone cards and vitamins valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

•Joaquin A. Moncivais, 24, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, illegal manufacture of drugs, possession of drugs, possession of cocaine; two counts, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs; on or about Dec. 1, 2013, to Jan. 15, 2014, allegedly manufactured or engaged in the production of methamphetamine, allegedly possessed cocaine and chemicals that may be used to manufacture methamphetamine.
