Grand Jury Returns Indictments Jan. 14

The Fulton County Grand Jury handed down indictments against individuals from Fulton and Lucas counties when it met Monday, Jan. 14.

Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said indictments are accusations of criminal offenses. Defendants are innocent until proven guilty.

Among those indicted:

•William L. Stone, Jr., 33, Swanton; one count, having weapons while under disability; on or about Dec. 15, 2012, allegedly possessed a firearm illegally.

•Cordarro J. Mondragon, 20, Holland; one count, receiving stolen property; on or about Oct. 17 to Oct. 19, 2012, allegedly disposed of stolen tools valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

•Joshua E. Cassady, 36, Wauseon; one count each, aggravated robbery, robbery, burglary, and two counts of carrying concealed weapons; on or about Dec. 14, 2012, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure; on or about Dec. 16, 2012, allegedly, while attempting to commit a theft, displayed a deadly weapon to another.

•Richard L. Siler, Jr., 39, Wauseon; one count, domestic violence; on or about Dec. 19, 2012, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.

•Chelsea B. Green, 21, Delta; one count each, receiving stolen property, possession of heroin; on or about Dec. 18 to Dec. 23, 2012, allegedly received the prescription anti-anxiety drug Xanax, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen; allegedly possessed heroin.

•Michael R. Whittaker, 19, Perrysburg; one count each, theft of drugs, trafficking in drugs; two counts each, possession of criminal tools, burglary; three counts, theft; on or about Nov. 19 to Dec. 23, 2012, allegedly trespassed in an occupied residence, stole coins, jewelry, cameras, a coat, two digital music players, and miscellaneous items; allegedly sold or offered to sell the drug Xanax and received jewelry, two video game systems, a tablet computer, and a netbook computer, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe the property was stolen.

•Joseph A. Garza, 25, Swanton; one count each, burglary, theft; on or about Nov. 29 to Dec. 4, 2012, allegedly trespassed in an occupied residence in Swanton; stole electronics and jewelry valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500.

•Jennifer M. Dobson, 29, Wauseon, one count, failure to appear on a personal recognizance bond; on or about Dec. 26, 2012, she allegedly failed to appear for a pretrial conference in Fulton County Common Pleas Court; Dobson was indicted Sept. 24, 2012, on charges of possession of marijuana and traffi cking in marijuana; she was one of 17 indicted as the result of a 2012 undercover drug investigation in the Swanton-Lyons-Wauseon areas.

•Jacob E. Olson, 21, Wauseon; one count, identity fraud; on or about Jan. 5, allegedly used or possessed personal identifying information of another person, with the intent to hold himself out to be the other person.

•Keith E. McCullough, 35, Wauseon; two counts, breaking and entering; one count, possession of criminal tools; on or about Aug. 12, 2011, allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure with purpose to commit a theft.
