The Fulton County Grand Jury handed down indictments against six people, including one man charged with attempted murder, during its Monday, Feb. 11 meeting.
Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, gave details in a press release last week.
•Robert T. Boroff, 26, Defiance; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Dec. 5, 2018, allegedly possessed methamphetamine.
•Terra J. Hall, 20, Swanton; indicted on one count each, grand theft of a firearm, falsification in a theft offense; on or about Oct. 20, 2018, allegedly stole a firearm; allegedly made a false statement with purpose to commit a theft offense.
•Robert C. Stuart, 43, Delta; indicted on 10 counts, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, 10 counts, pandering obscenity involving a minor, one count, tampering with evidence; on or about Oct. 16-Nov. 27, 2018, allegedly possessed obscene materials or performances showing minors participating in sexual activity; allegedly tampered with evidence in an official investigation.
•Marcus L. Penn, 30, Swanton; indicted on one count, attempted murder; two counts, felonious assault; one count, domestic violence; on or about Jan. 26, allegedly attempted to cause the death of another and allegedly knowingly caused serious physical harm to that person by means of a deadly weapon.
•Brianna M. Saldivar, 28, Pioneer; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Jan. 7, she allegedly possessed methamphetamine.
•Jonathan P. Gerard, Jr., 38, Delta; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Dec. 30, 2018, he allegedly possessed cocaine.
