The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted six persons during its Monday, Dec. 19 meeting.
Indicted was Aaron S. Brown, 32, Archbold, on six counts of gross sexual imposition. His case was detailed in last week’s issue of this newspaper.
Arielle P. Hodgson, 22, Delta; indicted on one count, theft; on or about Sept. 10 to Oct. 16, allegedly deprived owner of property valued between $1,000 and $5,000.
Sandy L. Isham, 47, Swanton; indicted on three counts of identity fraud; on or about May 23, 2008 to Aug. 18, allegedly used personal identifying information of another to hold herself out to be the other person.
Zachary D. Lavinder, 20, Fayette, indicted on one count, receiving stolen property; on or about Dec. 11, he allegedly retained a firearm that he knew, or had reasonable cause to believe, was obtained through the commission of a theft.
Michael C. Osborne, 39, Delta, indicted on one count each, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to appear on personal recognizance bond; on or about Nov. 27 to Dec. 1, allegedly operated a motor vehicle without owner’s consent; allegedly failed to appear in court on Dec. 13 for a pre-trial conference on an unrelated case.
Charles L. Thornburg, Jr., 37, Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; indicted on one count, interference with custody; on or about Nov. 21 to Nov. 22, allegedly took or kept a child under 18 from parent or guardian, removing the child from the state.
