Grand Jury Indicts Seven

The Fulton County Grand Jury handed down indictments against seven people during its Monday, July 19 meeting.

Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecution attorney, released information about those indicted in a press release:

Trey A. Pontious, 28, Delta; indicted on one count, possession of Fentanyl; on or about Nov. 11, 2020, allegedly possessed the prescription painkiller Fentanyl.

•Daniel K. Fitch, 39, Grand Rapids; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Sept. 16, 2020, allegedly possessed etizolam, a prescription medication not approved for use in the U.S.

•Eron L. Rogers, 23, Romulus, Mich.; indicted on one count each, tampering with evidence, carrying concealed weapons, obstructing official business; on or about June 29, allegedly tampered with evidence in an official proceeding or investigation; allegedly obstructed a public official in the performance of his lawful duties; allegedly possessed a concealed firearm.

•Robert L. Baer, 73, Fayette; indicted on one count each, felonious assault, having weapons while under disability, aggravated menacing; on or about July 1, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to another with a deadly weapon; also, not having been relieved from disability and having been previously convicted of a felony drug abuse offense, he allegedly possessed a firearm.

•Austin M. Toadvine, 26, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, burglary, theft from a person in a protected class, unauthorized use of a vehicle; on or about June 2021, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and allegedly stole change from an elderly person; allegedly operated a motor vehicle belonging to an elderly person without that person’s consent.

•Kaleb J. Lark, 30, Holgate: indicted on one count each, domestic violence, violating a protection order; on or about July 6, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member who was pregnant at the time of the violation; allegedly violated terms of a protection order.

•Trey D. Patterson, 26, Maryville Station, Tenn.; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Dec. 23, 2020, allegedly possessed the prescription painkiller Oxycodone.
