The Fulton County Grand Jury returned indictments against eight people during its Monday, May 16 session, said Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecutor.
Among those indicted was Jon H. Ordway, 34, of Archbold. Details of the charge against him were detailed in last week’s issue of this newspaper.
•Jesse J. Brown, 21, Liberty Center; indicted on two counts, theft, one count, burglary; on or about Jan. 14-March 20, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and allegedly stole a camera, laptop computer, and blank checks.
•Nicholas A. Navarre, 19, Swanton; indicted on two counts, trafficking in marijuana; on or about May 2, allegedly sold or offered to sell marijuana, and allegedly transported or distributed marijuana that was intended for sale by himself or another.
•Raymond H. Struble, 26, Pullman, Mich.; indicted on one count each, sexual imposition, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; on or about Jan. 23, allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a person between the ages of 13-16.
•Joshua R. Ebling, 29, Napoleon; indicted on two counts, felonious assault, and one count, assault; on or about May 8, he allegedly caused serious physical harm to another by means of a deadly weapon.
•Kristy M. Smith, 37, Morenci, Mich.; indicted on one count, grand theft; on or about May 13, 2015, to Feb. 9, allegedly stole cash valued at more than $7,500 but less than $150,000.
•Erin N. Schultz, 28, Swanton; indicted on one count, theft from a person in a protected class; on or about Dec. 29, 2015, to Jan. 15, allegedly stole jewelry from an elderly person.
•William W. Box, 51, Swanton; indicted on three counts, voyeurism, one count, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance; on or about Nov. 2015 to March 18, allegedly trespassed or invaded the privacy of a minor to videotape or photograph the minor in a state of nudity.
