Grand Jury Indicts Eight




The Fulton County Grand Jury returned indictments against eight persons Monday, Aug. 16.

Those indicted:

•Zachary F. Massie, 20, Delta; indicted on one count each, escape and assault; on or about Aug. 6, after having been placed under arrest, Massie allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a police offi cer, then allegedly fled or attempted to flee from police.

•Aaron L. Wilson, 22, Wauseon; indicted on one count trafficking in marijuana; on or about June 29, 2009, allegedly sold marijuana in the vicinity of a juvenile.

•Cory W. Poorman, 24, Wauseon; indicted on one count, trafficking in marijuana; on or about June 16, 2009, allegedly sold marijuana.

•Jenifer A. Eitniear, 26, Swanton; indicted on one count each, theft of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about July 30, allegedly stole the painkiller Oxycodone, a dangerous drug.

•Jamie L. Gilliam, 32, Wauseon, indicted on one count, theft of drugs; on or about July 11, allegedly stole a dangerous drug.

•Nathan G. Barror, 20, Wauseon; indicted on two counts theft, one count receiving stolen property; on or about July 2 and July 17-18, allegedly stole property valued at more than $500 but less than $5,000.

•Brian E. Murphy, 40, Napoleon; indicted on one count, failure to appear on personal recognizance bond on or about March 30 to Aug. 16, failed to appear for sentencing in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.

•Benjamin P. Soto, 32, Pinellas Park, Fla., indicted on six counts non-support of dependents; on or about June 4, 2006 to Dec. 22, 2007; and July 27, 2009 to May 8, 2010, allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $5,658.10.
