Grand Jury Indicts 11 Persons, May 20



Eleven persons were indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, May 20:

•Zachary F. Massie, 22, Delta; indicted on one count, possession of heroin; on or about April 2, allegedly possessed the drug.

•Justin D. St. Clair, 24, Delta; indicted on one count, possession of drugs; on or about April 6, allegedly possessed Buprenorphine, a prescription pain killer.

•Edwin J. Ritter, 49, Swanton; indicted on four counts, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on or about March 2-14, allegedly sold or offered to sell prescription painkiller Oyxcodone in the vicinity of a school.

•Penny D. Stites, 56, Wauseon; indicted on three counts, permitting drug abuse; on or about March 5-20, allegedly permitted her premises to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense by another person.

•Tess A. Trucks, 32, Wauseon; indicted of three counts, trafficking in drugs and one count each, aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in heroin, and possession of heroin; on or about March 5-20, allegedly sold or offered to sell drugs in the vicinity of a juvenile.

•Shane B. Machala, 21, Wauseon; indicted on two counts each, aggravated trafficking in drugs, permitting drug abuse; on or about Feb. 2-28, allegedly sold or offered to sell oxycodone in the vicinity of a juvenile and allegedly permitted his premises to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense by another person.

•Donta A. McQuillin, 36, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, aggravated trafficking in drugs, permitting drug abuse; on or about Feb. 28, allegedly sold or offered to sell Oxycodone and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.

•Nikia D. McCall, Jr., 20, Wauseon; indicted on two counts, trafficking in drugs; on or about Feb. 16-28, allegedly sold or offered to sell the anti-anxiety medication Xanax.

•Walter L. Fuller, Jr., 41, Wauseon; indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about May 5, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.

•Tina R. Morgan, 38, Swanton; indicted on one count each, theft of drugs, attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug; on or about May 1-10, allegedly stole tablets of Hydrocodone Bitartrate and acetaminophen.

•Cory J. Caulkins, 24, Bryan, indicted on two counts, receiving stolen property, and one count, misuse of credit cards; on or about March 31, allegedly received a motor vehicle and a credit card, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe they were obtained through the commission of a theft offense.
