Fulton County Grand Jury Indicts 21, Dec. 17



Indictments against 21 individuals were handed down by a Fulton County Grand Jury at its Monday, Dec. 17 meeting.

Four of those indicted were from the Archbold area. Charges against them were profiled in last week’s issue of this newspaper.

Others indicted:

Skyler G. Smith, 23, Toledo; indicted on one count each, possession of cocaine, obstructing official business; on or about Nov. 22, allegedly possessed cocaine, allegedly obstructed a public official in the performance of his official duties, creating the risk of physical harm to another.

•Jonathan E. Taylor, 33, Swanton; indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about Nov. 25, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.

•Penny F. Martin, 52, Swanton; indicted on one count, misuse of credit cards; on or about Nov. 10, allegedly, with purpose to defraud an elderly person, obtained property or services by using a credit card that she knew or had reasonable cause to believe was used in violation of the law.

•Patrick A. Kolodziejczyk, 32, Swanton; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Sept. 29, allegedly possessed cocaine.

•Lana J. Stoy, 41, Montpelier; indicted on one count, possession of heroin; on or about Sept. 1, allegedly possessed heroin.

•Christopher J. LaPoint, 51, Swanton; indicted on four counts, violating a protection order; on or about Nov. 24, 29, and Dec. 1, allegedly violated the terms of a protection order issued against him.

•Carlos L. Vega, 47, Cleveland; indicted on two counts, felonious assault; on or about Dec. 2, allegedly caused serious physical harm to another by means of a deadly weapon.

•Kristopher L. Plummer, 40, Napoleon; indicted on two counts, operating a vehicle while intoxicated; on or about Dec. 8, allegedly operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

•Alberto Lopez-Lopez, also known as Carlos Alberto Lopez and Alberto Lopez-Arcos, 63, Wauseon; indicted on one count, breaking and entering; on or about Nov. 10, allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Wauseon with purpose to commit a theft offense.

•Roxanne M. Rupp, 35, Stryker; indicted on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Nov. 17, allegedly possessed methamphetamine.

•Mitchel D. Bachman, 20, Ravenna; indicted on two counts, vandalism, one count, criminal damaging or endangering; on or about Feb. 26-27, allegedly caused physical harm to property used as a business; allegedly caused substantial risk of physical harm to property belonging to an individual.

•William J. Morales, 49, Wauseon, and Ruth Sierra, 48, Wauseon; each indicted on one count, illegal use of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits or WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program benefits; on or about April 17-Nov. 20, allegedly possessed SNAP benefits or WIC program benefits in a manner not authorized by law.

•Eric S. Yingling, 45, Wauseon; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about July 21, allegedly possessed cocaine.

•Ramon E. Love, 24, Toledo; indicted on two counts each, trafficking in cocaine, illegal use of SNAP benefits or WIC program benefits; on or about May 10 and May 23, allegedly sold or offered to sell cocaine; allegedly possessed SNAP benefits or WIC program benefits in a manner not authorized by law.

•Torian C. Goings, 23, Toledo; indicted on one count each, trafficking in cocaine, illegal use of SNAP benefits or WIC program benefits; on or about May 10, allegedly sold or offered to sell cocaine; allegedly possessed SNAP benefits or WIC program benefits in a manner not authorized by law.

•Isaiah D. Solomon, 20, Wauseon; indicted on one count each, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on or about Sept. 4, allegedly transported methamphetamine for sale.
