Fulton Co. Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments




The Fulton County Grand Jury handed down indictments Monday, Aug. 20, charging men and women with crimes including felonious assault, domestic violence, theft, and drug trafficking.

Among those indicted:

•John Jay Jenson, 35, Inkster, Mich., indicted on one count each of domestic violence, intimidation of a victim, and intimidation, and two counts aggravated menacing; allegedly, on Aug. 19, Jenson assaulted a family or household member; indictment includes specifications that he threatened the victim and other witnesses and that he allegedly has five domestic violence convictions.

•Christopher J. McMahon, 31, Wauseon, indicted on one count domestic violence; allegedly on July 22, he caused physical harm to a family or household member; indictment includes a specification alleging McMahon had previously been convicted twice of domestic violence in 2002 and 2005 in Fulton County.

•Nick M. Fonseca III, 37, Delta, indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary and domestic violence; allegedly on Aug. 2, he broke into an occupied structure and assaulted a family or household member.

•Paul A. Bialy, 23, Delta, indicted on one count aggravated burglary and two counts burglary; allegedly on Aug. 7, he broke into an occupied structure when someone was present and inflicted or attempted or threatened to inflict physical harm on another person.

•Joshua D. Ball, 27, Stryker, indicted on one count felonious assault; allegedly on July 20, he caused serious physical harm to another.

•Dolphus Alan Partin, 47, Swanton, indicted on six counts driving while intoxicated, three counts intimidation; allegedly on July 30, was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse; indictment includes specifications alleging Partin was previously convicted of seven DUI offenses over the last 20 years, one of which is a felony.

•Osayuki Oshodin, 22, Toledo, indicted on two counts trafficking in cocaine, and one count each of possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence; allegedly on Aug. 10 and Aug. 17, he sold crack cocaine; allegedly on Aug. 17, was in possession of crack cocaine.

•Michael Griffin, 37, Swanton, indicted on one count each of receiving stolen property, breaking and entering, and possession of drugs; allegedly on Aug. 11, he was in possession of a stolen 2002 automobile and broke into an unoccupied structure to commit a theft offense; allegedly on Aug. 11, he was in possession of a control substance.

•Dustin J. Frank, 19, Swanton; indicted on one count each burglary, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and possession of drugs; allegedly on Aug. 17, broke into an occupied structure when someone other than an accomplice was likely to be present, and resisted officers when he was arrested; at time of arrest, allegedly was in possession of marijuana.

•Brenda K. Hageman, 46, Stryker, indicted on one count possession of cocaine; allegedly on Aug. 17, was in possession of over one gram of crack cocaine.

•Jill L. Donnelly, 46, Wauseon, indicted on one count possession of cocaine; allegedly on Aug. 17, was in possession of crack cocaine.

•Kyle D. Coker, 21, Toledo, was indicted on one count of failure to comply with the order of signal of a police officer; allegedly on July 31, operated a motor vehicle so as to willfully elude a police officer after receiving a signal to stop his vehicle.

•Peter T. Glime, 39, Metamora, Mich., indicted on one count failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer; allegedly, on July 14, operated a motor vehicle so as to willfully elude a police officer after receiving a signal to stop his vehicle.

•Kyle E. Arnold, 36, Swanton, and Linda H. Doyle, also known as Linda H. Tressler, 38, Toledo; each indicted on one count grand theft of a motor vehicle and two counts theft; allegedly on Aug. 13, they stole a 2003-model automobile, credit cards, and blank checks.

•Justin C. Spillman, 21, Fayette, indicted on one count escape; allegedly on Aug. 6, he broke his detention; the indictment contains a specification alleging at the time of this offense, Spillman was under detention for committing a misdemeanor.

•Richard Whitten, 37, Wauseon, indicted on one count escape; allegedly on Aug. 7, he broke his detention; indictment contains specification alleging that at the time of this offense, Whitten was under detention for committing a misdemeanor.
