Pettisville FFA held its annual officer training, Tuesday, July 31 and Wednesday, Aug. 1, at a cottage on Coldwater Lake, Mich. Six officers, two assistant officers, and the advisor were present.

During the overnight stay, four leadership sessions were held and the officers participated.

Officers discussed how they could get younger FFA members more active, and how, as officers, they can create more enthusiasm in the chapter when they hold community and chapter activities throughout the year.

Officers also went over the Program of Activities Committee list for the coming year, so that each committee chairman and members have an activity to work on each quarter during the school year.- Libbey Eicher, reporter
