Paula Hall, 63, Fayette, died after she was involved in a three-vehicle crash that occurred at the intersection of St. Rt. 108 and Co. Rd. D at 7:50 am, Wednesday, Sept. 5.
A spokesman for St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center said Hall died Sunday, Sept. 9, at St. Vs.
An Archbold woman, Tamala McQuillin, 52, also was involved in the crash. She was treated and released at the Fulton County Health Center.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol report on the crash states a pickup truck, driven by Tiffany Kurivial, 22, Delta, was traveling west on Co. Rd. D in fog.
Hall was traveling south on St. Rt. 108 in a sport-utility vehicle, while McQuillin, driving a car, was traveling east on Co. Rd. D, and was slowing as she approached the stop sign at the intersection.
The report states Kurivial failed to stop at the intersection. Her pickup collided with Hall’s SUV, then collided with McQuillin’s vehicle.
ALS-8, the Wauseon paramedic unit, Wauseon Rescue, OSHP troopers, and Fulton County Sheriff Deputies responded to the crash scene.
Hall was taken by mobile intensive care ambulance to the Fulton County Health Center helipad, where she was picked up by helicopter ambulance and flown to St. Vs.
McQuillin was taken to FCHC by Wauseon Rescue.
Kurivial was not injured.
OSHP troopers are still investigating. Kurivial has been issued a citation for failure to yield the right-ofway.
